On May 16, 1994, at 1100 central standard time, a Gulfstream G-164C, N585CK, was substantially damaged during takeoff near Weiner, Arkansas. The commercial pilot did not receive any injuries. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed for the local aerial application flight. During the takeoff roll on a cultivated field, the right main gear hit a hidden drain area. The airplane nosed over to the inverted position. Top wing ribs and spars were bent. Crushing and buckling was reported in the vertical stabilizer, rudder, and elevator areas.
