THE SECOND PILOT MADE A TAKEOFF, TRAFFIC PATTERN, AND INITIATED HIS FIRST SKI LANDING. THE ACFT BOUNCED TWICE ON THE ROUGH SURFACE, THE RIGHT WING DROPPED DOWN, DRAGGING THE RIGHT SKI, AND THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED AT THE GEAR BOX.
