THE STUDENT PILOT WAS PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS ON HIS FIRST SOLO FLIGHT WHEN THE AIRCRAFT STALLED DURING LANDING FLARE. THE PILOT LOST CONTROL AND THE AIRCRAFT IMPACTED ON THE RUNWAY.
