THE FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO PERFORM A GO AROUND WHEN A TAIL WIND WAS ENCOUNTERED PRIOR TO TOUCH DOWN. FACTORS RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT WERE: THE TAILWIND AND THE DOWNDRAFT.
