SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE WINGS AND FUSELAGE RESULTED FROM THE HARD LANDING. REPORTED WINDS AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT WERE FROM 130 DEGREES AT 15 KNOTS GUSTING TO 21 KNOTS.
