PILOT MADE NORMAL APPROACH TO WATER LANDING AT VILLAGE AND UPON TOUCHDOWN, AIRPLANE NOSED OVER INVERTED. PILOT RECALLED SEEING WHEELS EXTENDED FROM FLOATS AFTER SWIMMING FROM COCKPIT.
