THE AIRPLANE WAS INITIATING ITS DESCENT FROM FL310 WHEN THE WINDOW ADJACENT TO SEAT 29F BLEW OUT. ONE PASSENGER RECEIVED MINOR EAR INJURIES AND ONE PASSENGER'S ARM WAS SUCKED OUT OF THE WINDOW.
