THE PILOT OF THE CESSNA 140 STATED THAT HE ENCOUNTERED WAKE TURBULENCE ON SHORT FINAL. THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED TO THE RIGHT. A SWEARINGEN COMMUTER AIRCRAFT HAD LANDED ON THE RUNWAY A FEW MINUTES EARLIER.
