FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO MAINTAIN AN ADEQUATE VISUAL OUTLOOK TO DETECT POWER TRANSMISSION WIRES IN HIS FLIGHT PATH RESULTING IN AN ABRUPT MANEUVER AND SUBSEQUENT INADVERTENT STALL.
