THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND'S (PIC) FAILURE TO MAINTAIN AIRSPEED WHILE MANEUVERING AT A LOW ALTITUDE. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE HIGH TERRAIN.
