HE ALSO REPORTED USING RIGHT AILERON,RIGHT RUDDER, AND ZERO FLAPS ON FINAL. HE ENCOUNTERED WIND GUSTS ON SHORT FINAL, AND EXECUTED A GO-AROUND. THE AIRPLANE COLLIDED WITH TREES AND A FENCE BEFORE IMPACTING THE TERRAIN INVERTED. NO EVIDENCE OF MECHANICAL MALFUNCTION WAS REPORTED OR FOUND. THE PILOT'S TOTAL FLYING TIME WAS 116 HOURS, INCLUDING 35 HOURS AS PILOT-INCOMMAND.
