PHOTOGRAPHS INDICATE THAT THE AIRPLANE IMPACTED THE GROUND IN A STEEP NOSE-DOWN ATTITUDE. THE PILOT'S LAST FLIGHT PHYSICAL WAS MORE THAN 11 YEARS AGO. NO AUTOPSY.
