PASSENGERS FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CLEARANCE FROM THE TURNING PROPELLER. A FACTOR IN THE ACCIDENT WAS HIS DIVERTED ATTENTION TO A HELICOPTER ON THE GROUND NEARBY WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING.
