THE RIGHT ENGINE UPPER COWLING SEPARATED DURING INITIAL CLIMB, WENT REARWARD, AND SHATTERED A WINDOW AT THE RIGHT REARMOST PASSENGER SEAT WHICH WAS NOT OCCUPIED.
