THE AIRCRAFT THEN NOSED OVER INVERTED STRIKING A BARBED WIRE FENCE. THIS PARTICULAR AIRSTRIP DOES NOT ALLOW FOR A GO-AROUND DUE TO STEEP HIGH RISING TERRAIN. ALL LANDINGS MUST BE MADE TO THE WEST AND ALL TAKEOFFS TO THE EAST.
