DURING TAXI FROM LANDING THE PILOT FAILED TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE VISUAL LOOKOUT AND TAXIED ONTO A RUNWAY IN FRONT OF AN AIRCRAFT ON ITS LANDING ROLL.
