THE PLT SAID THAT HE FELT THE TAILWHEEL HAD STUCK OFF CENTER. A POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION BY AN FAA AIRWORTHINESS INSPECTOR REVEALED NO EVIDENCE TO EXPLAIN THE REPORTED LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL.
