DURING THE TAKEOFF, THE RIGHT FLOAT LIFTED OFF FIRST AND THE AIRCRAFT ENTERED DYNAMIC ROLLOVER AND ROLLED LEFT, INVERTED IN THE WATER. HYDRAULICS-OFF TAKEOFFS ARE NOT NORMALLY PRACTICED FROM THE WATER.
