AFTER THE ACDNT, THE ENG RAN NORMALLY DURING AN OPNL CHECK. ANOTHER PLT IN THE AREA HAD ENCTRD CARBURETOR ICING, WHICH WAS REMEDIED WITH USE OF CARBURETOR HEAT. RPRTDLY, THE STUDENT PLT OF THE ACDNT ACFT DID NOT USE CARBURETOR HEAT.
