THE PLT LANDED ON RWY 7 WITH A WIND FROM 110 DEG AT 8 KTS. HE STATED THAT AFTER TOUCHDOWN, HE SENSED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ACFT WAS LOWER THAN IT SHOULD BE.
