THE RWY WAS PLOWED APRX 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THIS TAKEOFF. ONE-HALF INCH OF SNOW STILL REMAINED ALONG THE RWY CENTERLINE WITH UP TO 3 1/2 INCHES ALONG THE EDGE OF THE RWY.
