AN A & P ACFT MECHANIC WHO ADDITIONALLY WAS A COMMERCIAL PLT WAS OPERATING A BORROWED ACFT ON A LOCAL FLT. HE LANDED ON AN ISLAND IN A LAKE AND SHUT DOWN.
