VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS ON A CROSS COUNTRY FLIGHT FROM KERRVILLE, TEXAS TO HOUSTON, TEXAS.
