GUST LIFTED LEFT WING, AND RIGHT WING TIP SCRAPED RWY. PIT, 23 MILES EAST, HAD WIND 240/15G21. OWNERS MANUAL STATES USE MIN FLAP SETTING IN STRONG CROSSWINDS.
