THE PLT ELECTED TO MAKE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING DUE TO DETERIORATING WX ALONG HIS ROUTE OF FLT. HE STATED THAT THERE WAS A X-WIND FROM THE LEFT WHEN HE LANDED ON RWY 30.
