THE PILOT OF THE FLOAT EQUIPPED AIRPLANE ATTEMPTED TO TAKEOFF IN CROSSWIND CONDITIONS THAT EXCEEDED THE DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITY OF THE AIRCRAFT.
