THE PLT FAILED TO DETECT & AVOID THE ELEVATED STATIC LINE. PG & E FAILED TO PROVIDE THE PLT WITH ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE HAZARDOUS & SOMEWHAT UNIQUE LINE CONFIGURATION.
