WHILE PERFORMING AS PIC DURING A BIENNIAL FLT REVIEW, THE CFI REQUESTED THAT THE OWNER PERFORM A SHORT FLD LNDG USING FULL FLAPS IN CROSS WIND CONDITIONS.
