THE AIR TAXI PILOT ATTEMPTED TO LAND ON A SHORT NARROW GRAVEL AIR STRIP IN CROSSWIND CONDITIONS. HE RAN OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY AND THE AIRPLANE WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.
