WHILE EXECUTING TOUGH-AND-GO LANDINGS, THE PILOT NEGLECTED TO PARTIALLY RAISE THE WING FLAPS, AS RECOMMENDED IN THE OWNERS MANUAL, BEFORE LIFTING OFF.
