WHILE ON THE LNDG ROLL WITH A QTRG HDWND, THE ACFT ENCTRD A GUST WHICH PUSHED IT TO THE LEFT. THE PLT SAID HE APPLIED FULL RGT AILERON, BUT IT HAD NO EFFECT.
