SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE TOW WAS RELEASED FROM THE GLIDER WHEN ITS NOSE STARTED RISING UNCONTROLLABLY. THE GLIDER THENCOLLIDED WITH THE GROUND & WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.
