WHILE FLYING AT A LOW LEVEL SPOTTING DEER IN MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN THE PLT ATTEMPTED TO FLY OVER A RIDGELINE WITH TERRAIN THAT ROSE FASTER THAN THE ACFT CLIMB CAPABILITY.
