INADVERTANT OPENING OF PARACHUTE IN AIRCRAFT DURING CLIMB TO JUMP ALTITUDE PULLED JUMPER FROM AIRCRAFT. JUMPER STRUCK RIGHT HORIZONTAL TAIL.
