THE PLT NOTICED A POWER LINE EXTENDING ACROSS THE FIELD HE HAD SELECTED FOR LANDING AT WHICH TIME AIR WAS RELEASED FROM THE ENVELOPE FOR AN EMERGENCY DESCENT.
