THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH THE TERRAIN FOLLOWING A TOTAL LOSS OF POWER WHILE CIRCLING FOR LANDING. THERE WNO FUEL IN THE RIGH AUXILIARY TANK. THE FUEL SPILLAGE FROM THE RIGHT MAIN TANK WAS CONSUMED BY A POST CRASH FIRE.
