THE FLIGHT WAS LEVEL AT 330 WHEN IT ENCOUNTERED TURBULANCE AND THE ARCRAFT MOVED AN ESTIMATED 200 FEET DOWN THEN UP BEFORE THE CREW COULD REGAIN ALTITUDE CONTROL.
