MOSER CRASHED WHILE PERFORMING MANEUVERS 1/2 MILE SOUTHEAST OF WREN, OHIO, WHILE ON A PERSONAL FLIGHT. VFR METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AND NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRPLANE WAS DESTROYED AND THE PILOT RECEIVED SERIOUS INJURY. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM THE VAN WERT AIRPORT, VAN WERT, OHIO, ON AUGUST 17,1985 AT ABOUT 1415 EDT. SEVERAL WITNESSES REPORTED THE AIRCRAFT FLYING VERY LOW.
