IN A LEFT ORBIT THE HELICOPTER YAWED RIGHT AND CONTINUED THE RIGHT ROTATION TO IMPACT. THE PLT'S ATTEMPTS TO REGAIN CONTROL WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. EXAM OF THE WRECKAGE REVEALED NO MECHANICAL MALFUNCTIONS.
