THE PILOT STATED THAT THE HELICOPTER WAS OPERATING AT 55 PERCENT POWER ON THE GND WHILE AWAITING THE PAX TO BOARD. THE PASSENGER WALKED INTO THE TAILROTOR AND RECEIVED SERIOUS INJURIES.
