WITNESSES ALSO SAID THAT HE DRIFTED OFF THE RWY CENTERLINE AFTER A PREMATURE TAKEOFF. THE PLTS EMPLOYER SAID THAT HE HAD WARNED HIM AT LEAST TWICE ABOUT USING ALL OF THE RWY.
