THE HELICOPTER AUTOROTATED INTO TREES AND MARSH LAND AFTER A PARTIAL LOSS OF POWER. THE ACFT WAS ON A PIPELINE PATROL ATLOW ALT AT THE TIME OF THE POWER LOSS.
