THE F/O THEN INITIATED THE TAKEOFF ROLL & THE ACFT PROCEEDED TO THE LT, STRIKING A RWY LIGHT. DURING THE INVESTIGATION THE LT PROPELLER WAS FOUND ON THE START LOCKS.
