FOLLOWING A HIGH AND SLOW APCH, THE PLT DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE THE LANDING. POWER WAS ADDED FOR A GO-AROUND, BUT THE POWER RESPONSE WAS NOT SUFFICIENT AND THE PLT ELECTED TO CONTINUE THE LANDING.
