HE APPLIED POWER TO GO-AROUND BUT DETERMINED THAT THE AIRSPEED WAS TOO SLOW, SO HE ATTEMPTED TO STOP USING THE BRAKES. THE ACFT CONTINUED TO SKIP TO THE LEFT UNTIL THE LEFT WING STRUCK A FENCE POST.
