THE ENGINE ON THE AG-PLANE LOST POWER DURING TAKEOFF AND THE PLT BEGAN DUMPING HIS LOAD AS HE MADE A FORCED LANDING. THELANDING AREA AVAILABLE WAS A FLOODED RICE LEVEE.
