THE EDGE OF A ROAD COLLAPSED THE ACFT LANDING GEAR AND THE ACFT CROSSED THE ROAD AND COLLIDED WITH FENCING. A SERIOUS INDUCTION ICING THREAT WAS PRESENT AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
