HE MADE A VOR/DME APPROACH, BUT WAS HIGH & INFORMED THE TOWER THAT HE WOULD CIRCLE & LAND. DURING THE LANDING, THE RIGHT WING DROPPED PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN.
