THE ACFT NOSED OVER AFTER RUNNING OFF THE END OF THE RWY DURING TAKEOFF. THE PLT HAD A HEAVY LOAD OF FERTILIZER AND A PASSENGER IN THE SINGLE SEAT ACFT.
