WHILE HOVERING AT ABOUT 120 FT AGL & IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO A POWER LINE TOWER, THE ENG LOSS POWER ABRUPTLY. AN AUTOROTATIVE LANDING WAS MADE & THE HELICOPTER LANDED HARD & WAS DAMAGED. AN EXAM OF THE ENG & FUEL SYS REVEALED NO DISCREPANCIES.
